Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
All cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Cancellations made between June 20 and July 20, 2013 will qualify for a full refund less a 50€ administration fee, plus credit card charges if applicable.
Any cancellation made between July 21 and August 13, 2013, will qualify for a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after August 13, 2013.

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the TNT2013 conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
