The organizers offers group discounts to institutions that register 5 or more employees. To qualify, all participants in the group must be employed at the same institution. Please contact by email info@tntconf.org
 
 

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
All cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Cancellations made between June 14 and July 14, 2015 will qualify for a full refund less a 50€ administration fee, plus credit card charges if applicable.
Any cancellation made between July 14 and August 13, 2015, will qualify for a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after August 13, 2015.

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the TNT2015 conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
